Stakeholder Dialogue - Employees

In 2006 a series of employee dialogues about corporate social responsibility was started up.

In September 2006 the Corporate Social Responsibility Department initiated a series of 10 dialogues about CSR with employees. In each dialogue about 14 colleagues from different business units come together to discuss the significance of CSR for them personally and for Nuon.

The underlying aim of these dialogues is to let employees work out for themselves what CSR means to them and in what way they want to pursue CSR within the organisation. At the same time Nuon learns how it can better facilitate employees in their ambition to carry out their work in a socially responsible manner
