Since 30 September 2005 everyone can visit the website of the Dutch Office of Energy Regulation to see the extent to which Dutch energy companies are successful in the timely handling of supplier switches and changes of address.

The Dutch Office of Energy Regulation decided to publish these data in view of the major backlogs that had arisen in 2005 among customers who had switched supplies or moved to a new address. At the end of 2005 Nuon was the energy supplier with the second-best service in this field. In 2006 Nuon topped the list in all quarters.
