We aspire to:
  • Continue raising customer satisfaction among others via further improvements to processes and systems;
  • Safeguard the security of supply in the long term by investing in grids and capacity throughout the entire energy chain;
  • Strengthen the financial performance and maintain a conduct of business comparable to listed companies;
  • Effect the merger with Essent.
